Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager|Payroll & Benefits Admin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive upsell revenue for Payroll + Ben Admin products by identifying qualified opportunities within the existing US client base
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline using the MEDDPIC methodology and run tailored discovery and expansion cycles
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless handoffs and maintain a high-quality customer experience throughout the upsell process


Required Qualifications
  • Experience in SaaS Account Management or Sales with a proven track record in upselling or expansion
  • Experience selling payroll software or regulated HR tech in the US market is strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of US Payroll buyer personas, particularly in HR, payroll, and finance functions
  • Ability to manage and forecast a revenue-generating pipeline using Salesforce
  • Preferred certifications include Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or related HR certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR
