Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager (PBM) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Employer Groups and Health Plan Leadership in resolving issues and ensuring member satisfaction
  • Collaborate with account executives to build business cases for client-facing initiatives and provide management support
  • Facilitate meetings with Employer Groups to build relationships and promote product opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma or GED required
  • 2 years of Client Service/Account Management experience
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
  • Healthcare or PBM industry experience preferred
  • Prior pharmacy technician experience and/or CPhT certification preferred
