Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager (PBM) - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Employer Groups and Health Plan Leadership in resolving issues and ensuring member satisfaction
- Collaborate with account executives to build business cases for client-facing initiatives and provide management support
- Facilitate meetings with Employer Groups to build relationships and promote product opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma or GED required
- 2 years of Client Service/Account Management experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Healthcare or PBM industry experience preferred
- Prior pharmacy technician experience and/or CPhT certification preferred
