Job Summary

Managing a dedicated roster of client relationships, the full-time Account Manager - Performance Marketing will serve as the primary liaison for universities and agencies, focusing on retention and sustainable budget growth through performance marketing campaigns in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing communication, media plans, and campaign performance analysis
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell company products and services while managing campaign budgets and performance
  • Oversee the onboarding and integration process for new clients, ensuring effective management of client partnerships
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of account management experience in higher education and/or performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics and experience in lead/inquiry generation in the EDU vertical
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with CRM applications
  • Ability to translate performance data into actionable business insights
