Job Summary
Managing daily sales and commercial activities, the full-time Account Manager, Power Connections will focus on driving growth and profitability for assigned products within Eaton's Mobility Group, while working in a hybrid environment based near Southfield, MI.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee sales activities and long-term growth opportunities for assigned products, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met
- Act as the primary contact for strategic customer issues globally, fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies based on market dynamics and competitive positioning
Required qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- At least 4 years of sales or program management experience with automotive OEMs or Tier I suppliers
- Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Southfield, MI
- No relocation assistance is available for this position
- Experience in technical sales or program management supporting highly engineered products is preferred
