Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with customers to become a trusted advisor and drive incremental value
  • Renew customers and upsell to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets
  • Collaborate within the Account Executive team to find upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience as an Account Manager in a B2B SaaS company with success in meeting upsell and renewal metrics
  • Prior experience selling into agencies and marketing departments of major brands
  • Strong customer skills with empathy and integrity
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to hit quarterly and annual targets
  • Hands-on CRM system experience facilitating pipeline and forecasting
