Job Summary
Supporting the Sephora business across the US, Canada, and UK, the full-time remote Account Manager, Retail Sales will manage retailer communication, track sales performance, and analyze trends to drive growth while collaborating cross-functionally on product launches and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Sephora partnership, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups
- Track and report on sales metrics, including same-store sales and SKU productivity, to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute product launches and retail marketing campaigns
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in beauty retail, account management, or a related field
- Direct experience with Sephora's retail environment and North American retailers
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data interpretation
- Experience supporting retail marketing initiatives and product launches
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
