Account Manager - Retirement (Indiana)

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager in the Retirement Plan Services business line.

Key Responsibilities

• Retain existing clients by developing and maintaining client satisfaction through relationship building
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to establish and implement balanced resolutions to challenges
• Educate clients and implement solutions for their retirement plans while exploring organizational projects and initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 5+ years of experience in relationship management and/or the retirement industry
• 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• ASPPA RPF certification within 180 days of hire
• Demonstrated strong relationship management and critical thinking skills
