Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager - SaaS Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts in the SMB market segment
  • Drive renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining successful customer relationships
  • Measure success through customer satisfaction and increased annual recurring revenue levels
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer success, or business development in the IT market
  • Consistent achievement of 100%+ on assigned quotas or MBOs
  • Experience in Business Intelligence or Statistical Analytics is a plus
  • Ability to work remotely in specified states
  • Demonstrated success may lead to career progression within the global sales team
