Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of SMB customer accounts, the full-time remote Account Manager - SaaS Sales will drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and nurture assigned customer accounts within the SMB market segment
- Facilitate renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Measure and enhance customer satisfaction and reference ability
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer success, or business development within the information technology sector
- Proven track record of achieving 100%+ on assigned quotas or MBOs
- Experience in Business Intelligence or Statistical Analytics is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual team-selling environment
- Strong understanding of the SMB market segment
