Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager, Senior Living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative tasks and documentation for the client service team
  • Coordinate with internal teams and insurance carriers for renewals and new business
  • Ensure service excellence and compliance throughout the insurance lifecycle
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Three to five years of account management experience required, preferably with some Senior Living exposure
  • Proficient in Agency Management Software, specifically Epic
  • Ability to efficiently handle multiple, simultaneous, and complex tasks
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
