Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager, Senior Living.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks and documentation for the client service team
- Coordinate with internal teams and insurance carriers for renewals and new business
- Ensure service excellence and compliance throughout the insurance lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Three to five years of account management experience required, preferably with some Senior Living exposure
- Proficient in Agency Management Software, specifically Epic
- Ability to efficiently handle multiple, simultaneous, and complex tasks
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
