Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager, Senior Living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain comprehensive account knowledge and ensure accurate internal documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams and insurance carriers to execute renewals and new business efficiently
  • Manage workflow and facilitate post-bind activities, ensuring service excellence across the insurance lifecycle


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Three to five years of account management experience required, preferably with some Senior Living exposure
  • Proficient in Agency Management Software, specifically Epic
  • Ability to efficiently handle multiple, simultaneous, and complex tasks and projects
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
