Job Summary
Managing client relationships remotely, the full-time Account Manager, Services Team will oversee service client accounts, translate client requests into clear specifications, and project manage complex engagements while identifying software opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Own and nurture client relationships across law firms and legal teams, serving as the primary point of contact for capture requests
- Scope and quote capture requests by converting vague client inquiries into detailed specifications and coordinating with technical teams
- Project manage large engagements, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues throughout the project lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in account management, client services, project management, or a similar client-facing role
- Experience with legal, SaaS, litigation support, or professional services clients preferred
- Excellent written communication skills for client-facing correspondence
- Strong judgment in scoping, pricing, and managing client expectations
- Proficiency in CRM systems and maintaining accurate client and account records
