- Manage relationships and revenue for the SMB account base, focusing on retention and growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop customer-level strategies and conduct impactful Customer Business Reviews
- Navigate complex customer organizations to identify key stakeholders and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a full sales cycle or growth quota-carrying sales/account management role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Experience managing large, multi-product, multi-million dollar books of business
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with diverse customer stakeholders
- Experience with Salesforce, Highspot, Tableau, or Clari preferred
