Job Summary

Driving revenue growth within the cybersecurity sector, the full-time Account Manager, SMB will achieve upsell targets, collaborate on account plans, and implement sales activities while building relationships with existing clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Achieve upsell revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Collaborate with the Partner/Channel Development team to devise and execute account plans
  • Manage KPI reporting and CRM upkeep for efficient business administration
Required qualifications
  • IT sales experience, preferably in Email, Messaging, Security, or Storage
  • Demonstrated success in achieving new business sales targets
  • Experience in both direct and indirect sales roles is advantageous
  • Understanding of corporate IT teams and their procurement processes
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
