Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of SMB and mid-market accounts, the full-time Account Manager will identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and drive revenue expansion in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing accounts by proactively upselling additional licenses and cross-selling new products
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to uncover new opportunities
- Conduct periodic business reviews to identify whitespace, showcase value, and strengthen partnerships
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Account Management or Sales, ideally in SaaS or HealthTech
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding revenue quotas
- Highly organized, resourceful, and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and project management software
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, startup environment
