Job Summary
Building trust with DSO executives, the full-time Account Manager, Special Markets will manage client relationships, onboard stakeholders, and demonstrate the value of Spear's services in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the customer journey through onboarding, quarterly, and annual reviews to minimize churn
- Communicate the value of Spear's training and services to executive stakeholders and support account expansion
- Collaborate with internal teams to create materials and ensure DSO stakeholders are equipped to engage with Spear's platform
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience, including virtual and occasional in-person settings
- Experience in customizing and delivering impactful client presentations
- Dental industry experience is highly desirable
- SaaS experience is highly desirable
- Experience with enterprise and DSO clients is highly desirable
