Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary service contact for assigned accounts, managing day-to-day service needs
- Lead and coordinate the renewal process in collaboration with internal teams and brokers
- Guide new clients through onboarding and ensure smooth implementation of sold business
Required Qualifications and Education
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 3-5 years' experience in group insurance account management
- Stop Loss experience strongly preferred
- Professional certifications or designations relevant to the role preferred
- Demonstrated digital literacy
