Job Summary
Building and maintaining client relationships, the full-time Account Manager - Supply Chain will manage client communications, ensure compliance on deliverables, and identify business opportunities while working remotely from Ohio.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all client communications and conflict resolution while managing contract renewals
- Review major deliverables to meet quality standards and client expectations
- Network within the region to identify high opportunity employers and maintain detailed documentation of client interactions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business (required); Master's degree preferred
- 3 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role (required)
- 1 year of experience as an Account Manager in the respective industry (preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred
