Job Summary

Building and maintaining client relationships, the full-time Account Manager - Supply Chain will manage client communications, ensure compliance on deliverables, and identify business opportunities while working remotely from Ohio.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee all client communications and conflict resolution while managing contract renewals
  • Review major deliverables to meet quality standards and client expectations
  • Network within the region to identify high opportunity employers and maintain detailed documentation of client interactions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business (required); Master's degree preferred
  • 3 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role (required)
  • 1 year of experience as an Account Manager in the respective industry (preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred
