Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager, West (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to key accounts and customer stakeholders
• Support new client onboarding and growth initiatives in collaboration with Sales
• Oversee customer account management including contract negotiations and order processing

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years in client-facing account management, sales support, or relationship management
• Background in technology, IT solutions, or channel distribution preferred
• Experience with quoting tools and CRM systems, such as Salesforce
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics coordination is a plus
• Proven track record of building strong, long-term client relationships
