Account Manager Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager Trainer & Enablement Specialist (100% Remote outside of Canada).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain training modules covering campaign strategy and AI-powered workflow tools
• Develop playbooks and reference guides for Account Managers (AMs) and lead onboarding training for new hires
• Coach AMs on client strategies and using AI tools for asset production

Required Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, digital marketing, or account management
• Background in training, coaching, or curriculum building is a strong plus
• Comfortable with AI tools and eager to teach others
• Fluent in English, with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse team
