Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager for the Utah/Colorado region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of consultant and employer accounts, focusing on retention and satisfaction
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants and senior employer stakeholders, leading executive-level discussions
• Drive renewal execution and identify opportunities for expanding client value through cost-saving solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required
• 5+ years of experience in client-facing account management, customer success, or consulting roles
• Experience in health insurance, self-insurance, or related fields
• Ability to manage executive relationships and navigate renewal negotiations
• Comfort working with data and financial metrics
