To support a growing personal injury firm, the full-time Account Manager - Utah Licensed will identify, onboard, and manage law firm referral partners remotely, ensuring exceptional client representation and optimizing performance metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Source and evaluate potential referral partners to assess alignment with the firm's business model
- Lead the onboarding process for new partners, educating them on operational expectations and referral models
