Account Manager (Washington Licensed)

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison for its client base in the Washington/Oregon area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with partners and employees to implement and maintain healthcare arrangements and cost containment initiatives
• Manage post-implementation relationships with broker partners, sales teams, and clients
• Provide best-practice advice based on experiences with brokers, employees, and clients

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years' experience in a client-facing account management role
• Knowledge of health insurance and/or self-insurance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Ability to manage relationships and act in a consultative role
• Experience working on multiple projects with minimal supervision
