Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager, Webinar Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and close sales opportunities with clients, including contract renewals and upsells
  • Present product and service information to corporate accounts and develop relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Sales and Client Services teams to ensure customer satisfaction and manage personal revenue pipeline
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • At least 3 years of experience in account management or account growth roles, preferably in SaaS or technology
  • Experience selling sales or marketing technology, with a preference for webinar or meeting and events software
  • Demonstrated success working with mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals
