Job Summary
Driving revenue retention and expansion across a defined portfolio of provider accounts, the full-time Account Manager, West will manage account strategy, relationship management, and performance monitoring in a remote environment, utilizing AI tools to enhance client engagement and service quality.
Key responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of active provider accounts, ensuring alignment with revenue baselines and long-term growth objectives
- Develop and execute strategic retention and expansion plans, leveraging AI analytics to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve service issues and align operational execution with account needs
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, account management, or healthcare territory management
- Experience or exposure to compounding pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, or related therapeutic areas
- Demonstrated track record of managing accounts with accountability for retention and revenue growth
- Strong clinical fluency to engage with healthcare providers on formulary and compliance considerations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field preferred
