Job Summary

Managing a team of support specialists, the full-time remote Account Operations Lead will oversee project work to enhance Account Operations systems, recover funds from negative balances, and serve as an escalation point for complex issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Account Operations team to meet goals across various work streams
• Lead project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives
• Recover funds from campaigns with negative balances and resolve complex Account Operations issues

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a support environment or 3+ years in Account Operations
• 1-2 years of people management experience or demonstrated leadership in coaching or mentoring
• Proven ability to improve processes and manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders
• Experience with support ticketing systems like HubSpot and understanding of customer service metrics
• Commitment to self-reflection and building authentic relationships with colleagues
