Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a support environment or 3+ years in Account Operations
  • 1-2 years of people management experience or demonstrated leadership in coaching or mentoring
  • Proven ability to improve processes and manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with support ticketing systems like HubSpot and understanding of customer service metrics
  • Commitment to self-reflection and building authentic relationships with colleagues
