Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Operations Manager (Remote in MT or PT).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance management staff and safety programs, including recruitment and training
• Coordinate daily team activities, establish work schedules, and manage vendor performance
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manage operational service delivery solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management preferred
• Leadership skills to motivate teams and improve job discipline effectiveness
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Intermediate math skills for calculations related to performance metrics
