Account Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Operations Manager to oversee facilities operations remotely across a defined region.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational lead for assigned client accounts, providing oversight and strategic support
• Act as the primary escalation point for vendor performance and maintenance-related issues
• Track and evaluate vendor performance, ensuring adherence to service contracts and operational standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong knowledge of building systems repair and maintenance, including HVAC systems
• Ability to work remotely while residing in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, or Arkansas
• Preferred experience in staffing, training, and employee retention
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive departmental effectiveness
