Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Account Manager to oversee client experiences and technical implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end client and partner onboarding, ensuring successful go-live and user management
  • Lead product training sessions and create necessary onboarding documentation and reference guides
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, handling requests, issues, and supporting the Sales and Capital Markets teams
Required Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of experience in technical account management, implementation, or customer success, preferably in FinTech, Lending, or SaaS
  • Experience with technical onboardings, API key management, and troubleshooting workflows
  • Proven track record of managing post-sale relationships and account health for institutional clients
  • Understanding of mortgage or lending lifecycles, asset management, or structured finance is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
