Account Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Operations Manager - Remote (EST Preference).

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee maintenance management staff and safety programs for facilities
• Coordinate daily team activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff
• Manage account programs to ensure safety compliance and monitor vendor performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in staffing, training, development, and performance management
• Leadership skills to motivate team effectiveness and quality
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Intermediate math skills for calculations and data analysis
