Account Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Operations Specialist to support their clinical product clonoSEQ in a customer support role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales regions to ensure timely access to clonoSEQ ordering for providers and care teams
• Manage the provider onboarding process and maintain strategic relationships with customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and address institution-specific onboarding requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience, preferably in Client Services or Customer Training/Support
• Proactive approach with a strong customer and patient focus, understanding of HIPAA requirements
• Strong analytical and planning skills with meticulous data entry capabilities
• Effective project collaborator able to work autonomously toward team goals
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
