Account Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Central Region remotely, the full-time Account Operations Specialist will manage provider onboarding, ensure timely access to clonoSEQ ordering, and build strategic relationships with customers to enhance their experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support two sales regions to ensure timely access to clonoSEQ ordering for providers and care teams
• Manage the provider onboarding process for expedited ordering and customers integrating clonoSEQ into their EMR
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, driving satisfaction through superior service and execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience, preferably in Client Services or Customer Training/Support
• Proactive approach to work with a strong personal drive and desire for feedback
• Strong customer and patient focus with an understanding of HIPAA requirements
• Effective project collaborator able to work autonomously toward team goals
• Strong analytical and planning skills with meticulous data entry abilities
