Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations & Product Research Manager 2.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of a team handling social platform accounts
- Plan team workloads and ensure KPIs and operational targets are met
- Monitor platform behavior and adjust operational processes based on trends and changes
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing high-volume social or digital account operations
- Hands-on experience with proxies, VPNs, and geo-location technologies
- Strong working experience with Google Sheets / Excel for analysis and reporting
- Experience managing operational or technical teams (3+ years)
- Familiarity with multi-account environments or sandboxed setups is an advantage
