Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations & Product Research Manager 2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily operations of a team handling social platform accounts
  • Plan team workloads and ensure KPIs and operational targets are met
  • Monitor platform behavior and adjust operational processes based on trends and changes
Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing high-volume social or digital account operations
  • Hands-on experience with proxies, VPNs, and geo-location technologies
  • Strong working experience with Google Sheets / Excel for analysis and reporting
  • Experience managing operational or technical teams (3+ years)
  • Familiarity with multi-account environments or sandboxed setups is an advantage
