Job Summary
To support the Deal Operations team, the full-time remote Account Partner will manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned accounts, engage with customers on non-sales inquiries, and ensure data integrity while collaborating with Account Executives and cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own the renewal process, preparing renewal packs and driving on-time closes for assigned accounts
- Act as the primary contact for customer queries related to billing, contracts, and products, facilitating communication with Account Executives
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and support pricing strategy and operational needs for in-flight deals
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in account management or renewals management within a SaaS environment
- Strong contract negotiation skills and understanding of SaaS pricing models
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and contract management platforms
- Experience in spreadsheet modeling and data analysis for pricing and forecasting
- Familiarity with iPaaS platforms or knowledge of automation tools is a plus
