Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives for enterprise-level clients, the full-time remote Account Partner Director will build relationships across various teams, manage deal cycles, and serve as a trusted advisor to enhance customer success in the Travel, Transportation, and Hospitality sectors.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive strategic account management and develop repeatable motions within a micro-vertical
  • Facilitate qualification and account reviews while ensuring smooth transitions to the delivery team
  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams and customers, managing negotiations and escalations
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a consulting landscape
  • Proven track record as a book-of-business owner or leader for at least 6 years
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution within consulting services or product organizations
  • Ability to work with C-Suite stakeholders during strategy cycles
  • Familiarity with the Travel, Transportation, and Hospitality industries
