Job Summary

Owning the full client relationship for enterprise accounts, the remote Account Partner, Enterprise will drive adoption, expand the Syndio platform, and ensure client renewals through strategic advisory and relationship-building with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, focusing on driving product adoption and client satisfaction
  • Build executive alignment with CHROs and CFOs, providing strategic insights and compliance guidance
  • Generate and oversee end-to-end pipeline for growth, renewals, and expansion within client accounts
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise selling or account management within B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of expansion and retention wins in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong understanding of compensation strategies and regulatory environments affecting clients
  • Experience building relationships with VP and Director-level stakeholders across HR and Finance
  • Ability to drive value realization and customer engagement through effective resource orchestration
