Account Performance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Performance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring performance and revenue targets are met
• Generate and analyze AR reports to identify trends and recommend recovery plans
• Provide training and mentorship to Accounts Receivable team members

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, with 1 year in a senior role
• 3+ years of experience in A/R and claims within the healthcare industry
• Intermediate knowledge of revenue cycle processes and ASC billing preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledgeable about HIPAA and HITECH compliance
• Experience with various RCM practice management systems
