Account Performance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Performance Manager, Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage assigned client accounts, ensuring accountability for $1-$2 million in annual revenue
• Run and analyze AR reports to maximize efficiency and identify trends, recommending recovery plans as needed
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing training and mentorship to Accounts Receivable team members

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, with a minimum of 1 year in a senior role
• 3+ years of A/R and claims experience in the healthcare industry
• Intermediate knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance procedures
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality policies
