Account Principal Work Transformation

Job Summary

As a full-time remote opportunity, the Account Principal, Work Transformation will act as the "delivery CEO" for designated accounts, managing delivery excellence across significant contracts while overseeing the professional services narrative and leading strategic business reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMO leads and Enterprise Architects to ensure successful delivery of transformational programs
• Manage matrixed teams to optimize resource allocation and protect project margins
• Lead delivery of strategic business reviews and executive steering committee meetings

Required qualifications

• 15-20 years of industry experience, including roles as a services delivery lead or strategic consultant
• At least 10 years in client/account management or leading large-scale digital transformation programs
• Demonstrated experience with major implementations or migrations of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Proven ability to navigate complex contracting models and drive services sales
