Account Recovery Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting customers through early-stage account recovery, the full-time hybrid Account Recovery Specialist will assist with payment inquiries, repayment options, and account updates while maintaining a professional and solutions-focused customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer support for payment questions, due dates, and account updates
- Process ACH requests and assist with early-stage account recovery for accounts 1-45 days past due
- Utilize skip tracing tools to locate and update customer information while maintaining compliance and professionalism
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience in a high-volume contact center
- Demonstrated experience working from home with a reliable internet connection
- All required collections licensing across multiple states will be covered by the employer
