A company is looking for an Account Relations Representative to ensure effective onboarding and commission payouts while providing exceptional support to distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for top-tier customers, addressing escalated issues and ensuring resolution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sales and distribution teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
• Host relationship calls and educate distribution partners on best practices and issue resolutions

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school
• Knowledge of the finance industry
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products, particularly MS Access/Excel
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in handling multiple high-priority demands in a fast-paced environment
