Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Relationship Manager to oversee client relationships in the ATM and Branch Cash operations segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationship management activities for clients through Account Representatives
• Ensure customers receive optimal products and services, meeting or exceeding expectations
• Develop new business opportunities and retain existing profitable relationships to meet profit objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Typically eight or more years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of products and services applicable to the target client segment
• Knowledge of EFT services and systems
• Considerable knowledge of applicable policies and procedures
