Job Summary

Managing assigned customer accounts, the remote Account Representative will deliver high-touch service, serve as the primary liaison for clients, and ensure efficient handling of requests while participating in monthly in-office collaboration sessions in Southern California.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring an elevated customer experience and maintaining long-term relationships

Required qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or client support roles
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business tools such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Salesforce
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
