Job Summary
Managing assigned customer accounts, the remote Account Representative will deliver high-touch service, serve as the primary liaison for clients, and ensure efficient handling of requests while participating in monthly in-office collaboration sessions in Southern California.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring an elevated customer experience and maintaining long-term relationships
- Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism, anticipating client needs and providing tailored solutions
- Support account maintenance activities and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure effective execution and follow-through
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or client support roles
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business tools such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Salesforce
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining accountability
