Job Summary
To support business growth in the Western Region, the full-time remote Account Representative will engage in lead generation, manage account relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive planning and communication.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with customers to anticipate needs and customize solutions
- Grow existing accounts while prospecting and onboarding new customers
- Analyze sales data and manage CRM systems to meet monthly and annual sales goals
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 2-3 years of prior B2B/B2C sales experience
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience with lead generation techniques and CRM systems, preferably Hubspot
- Passion for team sports and ability to build long-lasting customer relationships
