Job Summary

To support the ongoing success of pharmacy clients, the remote Account Representative will manage client relationships, address inquiries, and translate feedback into actionable insights while ensuring optimal performance of AI-driven automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Regularly check in with clients to review performance metrics and gather feedback
• Quickly respond to client inquiries and coordinate with project managers and engineers for issue resolution
• Analyze data to recommend optimizations and coordinate monthly maintenance reviews with clients

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in account representation, customer success, or pharmacy operations
• Background in pharmacy operations is a plus for credibility with clients
• Strong project-tracking habits and a data-driven mindset
• Friendly communication style that builds trust and diffuses tension
