Job Summary

Driving growth in the Mixed Use division, the full-time Account Representative II will consult with existing customers to enhance their business, generate ancillary revenue, and improve operational processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop expertise in Value Added Services and property management
  • Engage with key decision-makers to foster long-term relationships and drive sales
  • Manage high volumes of marketing-qualified leads and collaborate with onboarding teams for successful implementation
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of solution-selling or BDR experience, preferably in SaaS
  • Proven experience managing consultative sales cycles focused on business process improvement
  • Strong track record of sourcing and closing sales pipelines
  • Demonstrated ability to present ROI-driven solutions to multiple stakeholders
