Job Summary
Driving growth in the Mixed Use division, the full-time Account Representative II will consult with existing customers to enhance their business, generate ancillary revenue, and improve operational processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop expertise in Value Added Services and property management
- Engage with key decision-makers to foster long-term relationships and drive sales
- Manage high volumes of marketing-qualified leads and collaborate with onboarding teams for successful implementation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of solution-selling or BDR experience, preferably in SaaS
- Proven experience managing consultative sales cycles focused on business process improvement
- Strong track record of sourcing and closing sales pipelines
- Demonstrated ability to present ROI-driven solutions to multiple stakeholders
