Job Summary
Driving the growth of the Mixed Use division, the full-time Account Representative III will focus on consulting with existing customers to enhance their business, generate ancillary revenue, and improve operational processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop expertise in Value Added Services and property management domain knowledge
- Engage consultatively with key decision-makers to build trust and foster long-term relationships
- Drive monthly results by managing a high volume of marketing-qualified leads and leading outbound campaigns
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4+ years of solution-selling experience, preferably in SaaS
- Proven experience managing consultative sales cycles focused on business process improvement
- Strong track record of sourcing and closing sales pipelines
- Demonstrated experience in prospecting, qualifying, and presenting ROI-driven solutions
