Job Summary

Driving the growth of the Mixed Use division, the full-time Account Representative III will focus on consulting with existing customers to enhance their business, generate ancillary revenue, and improve operational processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop expertise in Value Added Services and property management domain knowledge
  • Engage consultatively with key decision-makers to build trust and foster long-term relationships
  • Drive monthly results by managing a high volume of marketing-qualified leads and leading outbound campaigns
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4+ years of solution-selling experience, preferably in SaaS
  • Proven experience managing consultative sales cycles focused on business process improvement
  • Strong track record of sourcing and closing sales pipelines
  • Demonstrated experience in prospecting, qualifying, and presenting ROI-driven solutions
