Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Representative Lead (P&C).
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, solution positioning, negotiations, and closing
- Drive new business acquisition with enterprise and mid-market accounts while expanding existing customer relationships
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and provide market feedback to product teams
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of enterprise or strategic sales experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or data/analytics
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in high-growth or startup environments
- Strong expertise in prospecting and building new logos
- Comfortable navigating complex buying cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability and motivation for building from the ground up
