Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Representative for Vehicle Refinish in the Northern Alabama territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers to execute the sales plan
• Generate leads and maintain a pipeline by screening the customer base for new opportunities
• Monitor sales against targets and implement remedial actions as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Experience in the collision repair industry is required
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial roles, sales, and key account management
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in business management or related field; MBA preferred
• Knowledge of the paints and coatings industry in a B2B environment
• Understanding of cross-functional processes and financial concepts related to sales
