Account Representative - Vehicle Refinish

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Representative - Vehicle Refinish for the Eastern Tennessee market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers to execute the sales plan
• Generate leads and maintain a pipeline by screening the customer base for new opportunities
• Monitor sales against targets and implement remedial actions as necessary

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial roles, sales, and key account management
• Knowledge of the paints and coatings industry or any B2B environment
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in business management or a related field; MBA preferred
• Ability to participate in a respirator fit test and use a respirator as required
